"The rooms are above the restaurant so we experienced a lot of noise from people moving their chairs in and out on the tiled floors which cannot be helped of course however, the noise from people who've had a lot to drink, have lost all inhibitions and have also lost their internal volume control was too much at 4am."

The location was really GREAT, especially with the christmas market close. parking was convenient right in front of the hotel. Breakfast offered a good choice of food items. The staff was really friendly. The room offered A nice view.
The machine check-in was difficult to use.

okay stay, some issues

the hotel location is excellent. it was easy to explore the city center and reach restaurants! the staff were cheerful, it was good. good breakfast choice, i enjoyed it.
The standard double room was small with very little space. i had to walk around with a smaller queen bed, it was barely good for two people. the tile floor makes it cold in winter even though the room heating was good! some bulbs were missing. Lighting was inadequate at night.

the hotel had a central location, it was ideal.
my room wasn't cleaned very well upon arrival, that was disappointing. the wifi was basically unusable, i couldn't even load a simple webpage. the tv only had german channels.
